• The IP convergence consultant has expert-level knowledge of Networking & Cisco IP Telephony.
• He/She will design, configure, migrate and troubleshoot complex Enterprise campus voice networks in multi-vendor environments
• The IP convergence consultant provides technical advice to our customers and our engineers/other consultants.

Key accountabilities:

• Understand customer’s requirements and Scope of Work.
• Write Macro Design, Micro Design, Migration Plan and As Build documents
• Configure and migrate the customer network• Troubleshoot the network
• Plan and do the transition to the Managed Services Department
• Inform the project status
• Technical Project Owner and supervise other IPC projects
• Pre-Sales Activities

Qualifications&Skills required:

• Experience: minimum 5 years in telephony and 3-4 years in Cisco IP Convergence projects.
• Education : IT or Telecom Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree• Vendor Certification CCVP or equivalent knowledge is a advantage
• He/She has understanding and good knowledge of IP Telephony, Networking, and Enterprise Application flows and protocols (H323, SIP, MGCP, …).
• He/She has understanding and very good knowledge of Cisco Communications Managers (both Windows version and appliances), Unity, Netwise, Active Directory, MEIPS, …), Wireless, Dual Mode Phones, SIP, …
