All Round Sysadmin

The client is looking for an allround sysadmin for his infrastructure department. They are involved in the following parts: Private Cloud, cloud computing, SAAS. This involves that you will be maintaining high-performance & high availability platforms.

• Daily tasks: Monitor the operational infrastructure and take corrective actions according to what is needed for that situation, check backup jobs, patch-management
• 3rd line support, give assistance to 2nd line support
• Problem analyzing: Dive deep into specific problem to analyze the problem and provide this report to the Infrastructure Manager
• Deploy systems according to the requirements for a project

What do we expect as technical skills:
• Hardware skills
• Windows knowledge (xp, Vista, 7, 2003, 2008, IIS, Active Directory, Fileserver)
• Linux knowledge (CentOS, Fedora, Sendmail, Apache, IPVS)
• Network skills (CCNA-level, IP,DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, Fiber)
• Storage skills (SAN connectivity)
• Security skills (knowledge about Port-mapping, IP-mapping, protocols as smtp, snmp, http)
• Virtualization knowledge (VMware)
