Replace a support engineer who was mainly working on the mail
infrastructure.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months
(Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

7. Objective of the job

•Work closely together with our 2nd line engineers in order to write support documentation
and handover of knowledge towards the rest of the operations team.
•Incident Management in a distributed environment with focus on exchange.
•Perform operations tasks related to the Wintel infrastructure.
•Primary technology will be Exchange (preferably version 2010), including all related
services like fax, blackberry, archiving, SMTP, …

8. Remarks

You will be member of the I&O Distributed Systems team, which is responsible for day to
day activities related to the following services and products:

- Windows 2003R2 and Windows 2008R2

Rate : 400€/450€/day depending on experience
